We'll reach out and schedule a free, 30-minute call and discuss areas of concern associated with transition planning. If you want to continue on with me, you'll send your child's IEP and any supporting documents.

After reviewing all documents submitted, I'll send you a detailed report of findings.

We'll schedule a one-hour Zoom to discuss recommendations and next steps. You'll take the recommendations back to the IEP team for implementation.

We'll schedule a follow-up one-hour Zoom to finalize the plan and answer any lingering questions.
